Brought Luxury Real Estate Feel to Online Experience
The Challenge

Strategic Property Partners (SPP) needed a website to start gathering inquiries for their high-end, luxury living spaces at The Residences at The Tampa Edition. Water Street is not yet complete, and many of these residences will not be ready until 2022, but SPP needed to show customers what to expect. They wanted to provide an interactive tool to show floor plans, and capture interest in availability and reservations. All of this needed to be captured in a way that mirrored the high-end experience of The Residences at The Tampa Edition.

Our Approach

Sparxoo went to work with our clients in understanding the potential customers in the market for high-end residencies. We needed to speak to different audiences — like customers who would be relocating, those where this might be a first home, and for those who might be seeking a vacation spot in the booming Tampa region. Additionally, corporate relocation needed to be considered, as top-tier companies like Mosaic and Pfizer have headquarters near the space. Getting into the mindset of these potential audiences allowed us to create an experience that spoke directly to their circumstances.

We took special care to highlight the amenities and attention to detail present in the space, and fully integrated the desired reservation and availability system so users didn’t have to go searching to take action.
